片冰機(jī)系統(tǒng)介紹

Where use flake ice to cool the temperature of seafood, meat products to ensure the fresh products effect due to its thickness uniformity, smooth, drying so that it’s definitely reduced the possibility of fish surface being scratched, maintaining the air permeability of inner seafood, preventing product from injuring caused by dehydration and hypoxic to guarantee the product original flavor.

工業(yè)片冰系統(tǒng)

科美斯片冰機(jī)在食品加工行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用，食品高溫殺菌后，經(jīng)過(guò)冰水混合快速冷卻，避免細(xì)菌滋生，保持產(chǎn)品原有風(fēng)味； 在現(xiàn)代化工、染料工藝中，偶氮顏料的重氮化反應(yīng)，偶合反應(yīng)中，采用加冰控溫工藝，可有效控制重氮鹽的分解；在香腸生產(chǎn)的滾揉和輾拌過(guò)程中，由于高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的滾揉桶與配料的磨擦而產(chǎn)生的高溫，既助長(zhǎng)了細(xì)菌的滋生，又改變了肉色與口感，而且會(huì)造成脫脂（肥肉溶化）使生產(chǎn)的香腸細(xì)菌的超標(biāo)，色澤暗淡，口感較硬，而且油膩。當(dāng)片冰被混合到香腸的配料中時(shí)，會(huì)獲得快速冷卻和理想的濃度，保持產(chǎn)品的色澤與口感，防止脫脂，提高衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Industrial flake ice system:

COLDMAX the ice flakers is widely used in food processing industry, after the food have been finished high-temperature sterilization, it’s needed the ice water mixture to cool rapidly to avoid   bacterial breeding and keep the product original taste; in the modern chemical industry, dye process, the azo pigments of the diazotization reaction, coupling reaction, the use of ice temperature control process can be effectively contained in the decomposition of diazonium salt; in the process of producing sausage rubbing and rolling, as a result of high-speed rotation of the roll barrels and ingredients rubbing and friction generated heat which contributed to the breeding of germs and changed the color and texture, but will also cause skim (fat melting) to enable the production of excessive bacteria sausage, dim color, texture hard, and greasy. When the piece of ice was mixed ingredients in the sausage will be given the rapid cooling and the desired concentration, to maintain the color and texture fresh and improve health standards.

混凝土片冰系統(tǒng)

a混凝土應(yīng)用

大型水電大壩、核電混凝土、高速鐵路、高層建筑基礎(chǔ)大體積的澆注需要采用溫控混凝土。混凝土在養(yǎng)護(hù)過(guò)程中隨著水化熱的釋放，混凝土內(nèi)部強(qiáng)度逐漸增大，這種現(xiàn)象對(duì)于小型混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)并不重要，但是對(duì)于需要澆注大量混凝土的水壩工程具有特別意義。在養(yǎng)護(hù)期間，水化熱使混凝土的溫度升高25℃，導(dǎo)致混凝土體積增大，而養(yǎng)護(hù)過(guò)后，混凝土溫度下降，體積減小，這一過(guò)程通常會(huì)造成水壩出現(xiàn)裂縫。因此混凝土的初始澆注溫度應(yīng)該很低，以保證養(yǎng)護(hù)期間混凝土的最高溫度不能超過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)單位的限定溫度。雖然不同的國(guó)家，不同的工地對(duì)混凝土澆注溫度的要求不同，從7℃到最高達(dá)15℃。但是每個(gè)工程都需要配置完善的混凝土制冷系統(tǒng)。而其中加片冰是最有效的預(yù)冷方式，每10kg片冰可降低一立方混凝土溫度大約1.2℃～1.4℃左右。

Concrete flake ice system：

a :Application in concrete mixing works:

Temperature-controlled concrete is used to build large-scale hydroelectric dams, nuclear power plant concrete, high-speed rail, grout large-scale bases of high-rise buildings. In the course of maintenance, the internal intensity of concrete increases gradually with the release of water-changed heat, which is not important for small-sized concrete structures but especially significant for the dyke projects that require the grouting of a large amount of concrete. In the course of maintenance, water-changed heat raises the temperature of concrete by 25℃, causing its volume to expand. However, after maintenance, the temperature of concrete falls down and its volume reduces. The above course often brings about cracks in dykes. Therefore, the initial grouting temperature of concrete should be low enough to ensure that the highest temperature of concrete during maintenance does not exceed that determined by design units. Although the requirements for concrete grouting temperature vary from country to country and from construction site to construction site within the range of 7℃ to 15℃, every project needs installing with complete concrete refrigerating systems. Adding flake ice is the most effective pre-cooling way, each 10kg flake ice may reduce approximately 1.2℃ to 1.4℃ for one cube of concrete.

b自動(dòng)儲(chǔ)冰及送冰系統(tǒng)

我們潛心研制的混凝土降溫系統(tǒng)，包括自動(dòng)儲(chǔ)冰庫(kù)、螺旋輸送裝置、氣體輸送系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)等。其中自動(dòng)儲(chǔ)冰庫(kù)是送冰系統(tǒng)最主要的部分。傳統(tǒng)的耙冰式儲(chǔ)冰庫(kù)，因?yàn)楸抑荒軓纳喜块_(kāi)始把冰耙出，所以下部的冰在庫(kù)內(nèi)停留的時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，容易發(fā)生強(qiáng)固的凍結(jié)，無(wú)法用冰耙清除出庫(kù)。履帶式自動(dòng)輸送裝置貯冰庫(kù)就是為了解決這個(gè)“強(qiáng)固結(jié)冰層”的問(wèn)題而開(kāi)發(fā)的最新銳設(shè)備。冰庫(kù)底部全體形成履帶式輸送帶，可整體向前方移動(dòng)，把冰輸送到出口處的螺旋輸送部分。這樣就不存在下部的冰在庫(kù)內(nèi)長(zhǎng)期停留的問(wèn)題，也就不會(huì)發(fā)生強(qiáng)固凍結(jié)。

Automatic ice storage and ice delivery system:

We dedicated ourselves to the development of concrete cooling system, including automatic storage device, spiral conveyor, pneumatic delivery system, automatic metering system and monitoring systems. Automatic storage device is the most significant part in the whole concrete cooling system. In traditional-style ice storage systems, the raker only started to rake up the ice from upper part of the ice, so the lower part of the ice in the hangar will stay still and are prone to lump, ice rake can not remove the lump of bottom. Tracked automatic transmission storage device is developed to solve the "strong lump ice" problem. Crawler at the bottom of the formation of the whole conveyor belt will continues take the ice hill make overall movement and transport the ice to the exit part of the spiral conveyor. Ice will not make long-term stay in the bottom, so strong freeze will not happen.

c氣送系統(tǒng)
我們的氣體送冰系統(tǒng)可以利用高壓氣體通過(guò)管道把冰輸送到遠(yuǎn)距離甚至高處的目的地。應(yīng)用范圍非常廣泛。如：保鮮行業(yè)，系統(tǒng)可直接把冰送到捕魚(yú)船和載魚(yú)船等所需要冰的場(chǎng)所；在化工場(chǎng)內(nèi)，系統(tǒng)與計(jì)量裝置并用，可以簡(jiǎn)單、準(zhǔn)確地把所有量的冰輸送到需要進(jìn)行冷卻降溫的化學(xué)反應(yīng)爐內(nèi)。

Pneumatic delivery system:

Our pneumatic delivery system can transport flake ice to remote destinations and even height place by making use of high-pressure cool gas in pipeline. This system has a wide range of applications, such as: food or aquatic preservation, flake ice can be sent directly to the fishing vessels which need to place ice by this system; in the chemical field, the system and metering devices can transport a request volume of flake ice accurately to the chemical reactor which need cooling and temperature control .

蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)

片冰蒸發(fā)器采用固定靜止立式設(shè)計(jì)，即內(nèi)刮制冰方式，螺旋冰刀在內(nèi)壁逆時(shí)針運(yùn)行，減少了冰刀與蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)壁磨損，密封性高，有效防止制冷劑泄漏。蒸發(fā)器采用優(yōu)質(zhì)304不銹鋼材質(zhì)，全自動(dòng)氬弧焊接技術(shù)，冰刀采用304不銹鋼材質(zhì)，洗床一次脫落成型，美觀大方。蒸發(fā)器設(shè)計(jì)壽命高達(dá)10年以上！

Evaporating System:

Flake ice evaporator use the horizontal motional design, screw scraper circling counterclockwise in the inner of evaporator, reducing the friction between scraper and evaporator, high air proof and leakage avoided. Evaporator using high-quality 304 stainless steel material and automatic argon-arc welding, ice screw scraper also using 304 stainless steel material and one time abscission molding, good looking and generous. Evaporator designed life-span for more than ten years.
